Charles Tort - IGP Viognier .75cl 2021 (White)

Gard is located on the Mediterranean coast of France. These may be made from a large list of grape varieties.

Grape Varietals : Parcel selection : 100% Viognier

Soil : Clayish Limestone

Winemaking : Mechanical harvest and 100% destemmed grapes. Cold skin maceration for 48 H in stainless steel tanks before pressing. Traditional winemaking with controlled temperature.

Tasting notes : Elegant gourmet wine. Beautiful golden and shiny color. On the nose, a subtle blend of citrus and white fruit aromas (peach, apricot, lychee) ending on a note of honey. Ample and unctuous mouth with freshness.

Food pairing : It will be served as an aperitif and will wonderfully match with fresh summer salads, white meats in sauce, shellfish, fish in sauce and goat cheeses.

When to Drink: Serve between 10°C and 12°C. Always great to drink but can be aged for up to 15 years.
