Winemaking : Mechanical harvest and 100% destemmed grapes. Cold skin maceration for 48 H in stainless steel tanks before pressing. Traditional winemaking with controlled temperature.
Tasting notes : A Sauvignon that reveals itself with finesse and complexity. Beautiful golden colour with brilliant reflections. On the nose, a subtle blend of floral and citrus aromas (pink grapefruit, lemon) with a peach and apricot note. This wine captivates by the intensity of its flavours, from lime to verbena, and by the expression of sweet freshness left on the generous palate with a dominant fresh fruit.
Food pairing : Can be drunk as « apéritif » and pairs also very well with white meats, shellfish, fish and cheese.
